While cooling off a bit outside tonight I noticed my Virginia Creeper has gotten all weird so I took some pictures. it looks like there are some eggs of some sort and some little black spots and areas on the leaf where it's almost white (I assume something is sucking the life out of the leaf). I didn't actually see anything moving or that looked alive.
Anyway, after googling I can't find any similar pictures to tell me what this might be. Does anyone know? Also is there anything I should be doing about it?
Pictures are close up under the leaf, top of the leaf, and longer shot of the leaf.

Yeah, I may have to do that. I was just trying to avoid the drive since it's sooooo hot here which is a bigger deal because my furry little anxiety attack doesn't do well at home alone and that means taking her and that means quite a drive to the garden centre where she can come in with me so she doesn't end up a crispier form or her former self. How's that for a run-on sentence?
I would take a leaf to your nursery and show them. They will likely know what it is and suggest what you can do.
