Try Lee Valley Tools , if you can find the suuplier in H&H. There are two locations on the lower mainland - Vancouver & Coquiltam (near Ikea). They have an amazing selection of pulls and knobs, ones I have not seen anywhere else.
You can call the cabinet designers, whose number is listed in our source guide at the back of the magazine.
