Has anyone seen the flyer about the vacum "Roomba" on sale for $299.99 reg price is 399.99. I was thinking about purchasing one of these "vacuum's" I know some of the forum members have bought a "roomba" and wondered if this is a good price to pay and also are they still "lovin" there Roomba?
Is this worth the price? Anything else they can add. Tks.

Yes that is a good price in Canada.
I bought mine at LNT in the US a few years ago. Around the equivalent price.
I love mine!
Linen N Things also sells it. I don't know about price matching though. You would have to check about that.
Home Outfitters also sells the Roomba and if you bring in the CTC ad they will match prices. They are great with returns. Hope this helps!
The Shopping Channel also sells it, they have a video too so you can watch it in action on their website.
i find our CT much like that too, i try to avoid buying anything electronic or anything that has a motor in it, either they will send it away for weeks or make you go through the company...........no time for that

Is C/Tire the only store that retails the roomba ?? Our local outlet has such crappy service I hate to buy anything there anymore worh more than a few bucks. I find with many items if you need to return it they won't accept returns you have to deal directly with the supplier.
There is also one that washes floors as well

We have it and I highy recommend it. If you have an reasonably open concept home, hardwood, tile and low pile carpet it would be perfect. When we run it daily we really don't need to vacuum in between at all, and we have 2 cats. It's well worth it to keep on top of cleaning.
I have been thinking one of those would be an excellent gift for my step-father (gadget -guy), so I would be interested to hear others' reviews as well.
