OK

I found some fresh raspberries in our local grocery store. The hit of red in the clear jelly was beautiful.
Thanks again.
now I have to get around to actually making them myself...I've saved the recipe forever. So I'll take your word for it & try them. Did you put anything inside of them?
Thank you. This recipe was exactly what I wanted. They were excellent!
This is the one I have hope it helps...
1 3/4 cups campagne
1/4 cup sugar
2 pkg. (10g each) gelatin
fresh fruit or edible flowers
In saucepan over low heat, combine half of alcohol with sugar: heat, stirring until dissolved. Sprinkle gelatin over top, stir until combined. Pour in remaining champagne stirring & skim foam off top. Let cool to room temp. fill moulds & tap out bubbles. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. To unmold dip molds into hot water & turn out onto tray. Transfer to serving platter & refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 20 shooters. Cheers!
