I found this recipe on epicurious, and tried it out. It tasted so good, and so easy to make, I decided to share.

make half the sauce for 4 pieces of chicken. I served it with basmati rice and green beans.
I am having the left overs on a bagel with avocado for lunch. yum yum.

I'll try that tomorrow - I have a ton of fresh tomatoes that I could substitute. Thanks for posting.
I haven't made this for years but that is what is on the menu for tonight now if they get my oven working.
