I have an infestation moving towards my lawn of Chinch bug, and feel helpless on how to stop it. Live in the Niagara area, the neighbors is completely brown, and I'm having patches start in mine. So, if I fix mine somehow, that's what I'm looking for, I still have the neighbors that is full of it????? Help.

Friends in town used a product that is a powder that you mix with water and put it in a spray pump. He used it once before just on the spots and it seemed to help very much so just this fall he bought some more and did his whole lawn. It took two packages and each package is about $30 or $35. It is some kind of bactiera or enzyme or something organic like that. Not sure where he bought it. Probably at Home Hardware or a Home Depot or Rona. Not 100% on that though.
