I have a large dining room with a 12 foot window which overlooks a lake. The carpeting is dusty rose and have just repainted a soft beige with off-white trim. Furniture is pine. Have more or less decided to use sheers for now; perhaps adding side panels and bolster valence in fabric later. The colours to choose from are white (I think might be too stark), mushroom, bone, light grey or cracked wheat (which has a yellowish tinge. Any ideas; would really like opinions?
