Our place is a little under 1000 square feet and yes Steven and Chris will be doing the entire house. I am really excited about it...it's an experience I hope to learn alot from.
is your place, Princess?
Are you having Stephen and Chris 'do' the entire house?
You must be so excited to have them in to consult with you!
If you don't think 1550 is big...then you need to come live here...lol
Have you tried Glacier White by BM. It's a nice soft white with a hint of orange. I really like the colour myself.
Our condo is about 1550 so not huge, but big enough. and we have tons of windows.
It's really hard to paint without having all your main furniture pieces. As Steven said to us...you need to know the exact colour you are going to have on you large pieces in order to pick a paint colour. The problem with both you and I is that we are starting new! Well if it helps any, I would suggest not to paint too dark a colour. you want more attention to be made to your furnishings than to the walls. They should serve as a complimentary backdrop to everything else. What is the square footage in your condo?
Obella,
We do want to go with grey in the bedroom, not sure if we are going to do an orange accent wall or just go with orange in the drapes and other accessories.
For the living/dinning room we want a fairly dark neutral, that is a grey/brown colour. Thinking of going with blue accents out there.
OH and what rooms need to be painted ... LOL ALL OF THEM... its all builders beige.
narrow your colours down...put them in a hat...close your eyes...pick one and paint damn it!!!!
he he...i know easier said than done
I notice too, I'm a little crazy with the ............'s (I know there is a word for them)

I only have a BM deck....
did you decide on the gray/orange for your bedroom?...(think that was what you were considering??),

HAHA Jen Jen, Ok so does anyone have any ideas on how I can make up my mind on a paint colour. I am at the point now, were I am almost scared to pick one. ITs really hard to do a whole house from scratch. I dont have any art, or really anthing with any colour in my house. I am starting to think why even bother painting..
LOL....you hadn't noticed....LOL
hmmmm
Do I?
my goodness O...you ask a lot of questions....LOL..... ;)
Ok, you can send me to the naughty corner, I haven't painted at all yet! I can't seem to just pick a colour. I am hopping to do at least one room this weekend.
I didn't buy a table yet, I have a couple more I have to look at before I can make up my mind for sure. I will post pics of the room layouts I have done though later tonight.
Condogirl...Please post some updated pictures. Have you decided on a paint colour yet?
