I'm looking a recipe where the cookie dough can be refrigerated or frozen, like the kind that comes in tubs at the grocery store (English Bay Cookie Company) - you just scoop out as many cookies as you want to bake and put the remaining dough back in the fridge or freezer. Does anyone have a recipe like that?
