I have to place my 47 inch flat screen tv in a corner beside my fireplace. Fireplace mantle is too high to place tv on top of it. The fireplace has one window on each of the sides. Therefore I would be putting the tv in front of the window. What tv stands do you suggest? I would like a classy one....not your typical tv stand. It can't be wider than 48 inches and has to fit in a corner. My coffee tables are glass with iron and my floors are chocolate brown.

Have you seen the easel stands for tv's? Pretty cool looking but keep in mind there is no place to put a satelite receiver or dvd player, etc. and you will see the cords running down the back (attach them to the leg of the easel to be less noticable). Here is one from Restoration Hardware.
