why would you? They will come up year after year. If you want to move them to a different spot, I would say, yes, if they are finished blooming, you can move them now. Make sure you water well, and fertilize with a fertilizer with the high middle number to encourage root and bulb growth. Don't cut off or pull out the leaves, htough, they need these to continue growing duirng the summer.
