My trip was great...ended up actually taking 8 planes!!! Good smooth flights thankfuly and the kids did not cry.
The chicken pieces are still a little frozen and then I want to marinate, should I make on Saturday evening or can it wait till Sunday noon?

If the bird is in the marinate in a cold place for 24 hours, it should be fine...unless is has been out on a counter thawing and then sitting in the frig a few days. Then I would not take a chance. But that's just me...Fendi..how was your trip ? :)
