These are the best Muffins I have ever made DH wants them daily but they are a treat if you only make them once in a while.
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup veg. oil
1/3 cup milk ( I had to add at least 1/3 cup more)
1 cup fresh blueberries ( I used frozen)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter cubed
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400F Grease muffin tins
Combine 1 1/2 c flour, 3/4 c sugar, salt and baking powder. Place oil into a 1 cup measuring cup add egg and enough milk to fill cup. Mix this into flour mixture, ( this is where I added more milk it was to dry so add a little at a time until smooth) Fold in berries. Fill muffin tins to the top, sprinkle with crumb mixture.
To Make Crumb Topping: mix flour sugar butter and cinnamon into a crumbly mixture. Spoon onto the unbaked muffins bake 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven until done. Cool to remove.
