Hi
We have a dining room set that only has 4 chairs. They are French Canadian wheat sheath and of course can't be found anywhere. We are moving where the dining room will be considerably bigger and open concept. I found these occasional chairs today and wondered if we could compliment our seating with these to make 6 seating.
Thank you

I think the addition of some of your best pillows and a few flourishes on the seat with make the chairs ideal for use in either room, I think it will look great!
Hi miche,
Are you opposed to painting your chairs? If you find other similar wooden chairs, you could paint them all one colour (like white or black) for a unified look. Personally love how this looks.
See photo number 8 in this blog post (Sarah Richardson did this in red at IDS11) or here
That said, mixing upholstered chairs on the end with wooden chairs is also an option (like this room).
Hope this helps! Would love to know what others think.
