Here's a question - my husband and I are in the process of replacing all of our interior doors. It is clear that the new doorknobs cannot be installed at the same height as before as they will "land" in the middle of one of the two panels. In an effort to determine a new location for the doorknobs, Is there a standard height for doorknobs?
