to refill it with fresh water...that water has been in there for 3 years and there is alot of dead leaves and sand and junk in the bottom of the pond...so i figured what the heck..once its all drained i'm going to scrub it and shovel all the junk out....

thanks Pearl i will look into that...the ducks come and go...they're not there all the time...but i think they'll be happy with some clean fresh water...i know i will

I have always liked the idea of a pond. Did you know there are products that act as a skin on the water surface to keep the heat in? Check Costco Canada ( they are balls)
What happened to the ducks ? :)
