I want to make lamb for Easter, and have been checking out your recipes for lamb and Greek potatoes in the food forum. Sounds yummy.
Do I marinate the lamb in the herbs, etc., or just rub the mixture on the meat? And then do I put the meat in the middle of the potatoes, with the potatoes pushed up against the sides of the pan (i.e. no potatoes under the meat)?
And do I sprinkle the other ingredients on the potatoes, or toss them together in a bowl first?
Sorry to be so thick, sometimes I need to have everything spelled out for me!! :)
