I moved my rose bush last weekend. it was out of the ground for about 2 hrs while I built up the beds and added topsoil, compost, fert. Ever since then, it looks droopy, will it survive??

I'm sure your rose bush will survive, providing you give it some fertilizer like 10-52-10 or 5-10-5 after watering thoroughly.
Make sure your soil is just up to the bottom of the graft and firm the soil around the root ball. If you did all this, maybe your rose just needs a little sunshine and time to adjust!
Goodluck!
p.s. check for aphids too!
