lol...all of a sudden i'm the ''best'' mom...we were due for haircuts...the two of them...DS #2 got you regular lil boys haircut with the added option of spiking up the top when he feels inclined to do so...well....DS #1...decided after watching UFC (ultimate fighting) that he wanted a haircut just like his favorite UFC champion Chuck Liddell...the guy is a tank...he's huge and well like i said DS wanted a haircut just like him...after much negotiating...well trying to negotiate on my part...to convince him otherwise...which i did not succeed in...DS got his haircut... a short mohawk...yup that's what i said...a mohawk...bascially his hair is cut really short almost shaved on either side and he has a strip down the center about 3 or 4 '' wide that goes from the front down to the back of his head that is about maybe 2'' high...lol...my mother is gonna freak...and that fact we live in smallville...my son will likely be known as the town FREAK!!!...lol...so i am the ''best'' mom all because i allowed him to get this haircut...keep in mind he is only 8 years old...lord help me...the kicker is that this haircut sooooooo suits him it's not funny...lol...i wonder if i could find a pic of the guy that inspired him to get this haircut...if i do i will post his pic for ya... :rolleyes:

I am sure all his friends watch UFC so I am sure he will be the coolest kid for awhile. And you'll be the coolest mom because you let him do it. My mom never really said anything either when I experimented with my hair. Its just hair :)
it's only hair - as long as he keeps saying his pleas and thank yous no harm done lol !
you are a good mom! The thing I like about hair is that it grows, so the fads of childhood are never permanent on the head!
