With two of the finest cultures, I possibly can't go wrong here. Do any of you have a nice recipe for a garlic dip/dressing? I am planning on using it on pizza, I've been stuck with using caesar dressing and its just getting too weird.

here is another thought. You can use AILLOLI
recipe...
2 garlic cloves (from your necklace)
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
1 cup olive oil
4 tsp. white wine vinegar

cream together (in blender) garlic, yolks, salt, pepper & mustard
while the machine is running add the oil SLOWLY in a steady SLOW stream. add the vinegar...
this will give you the consistency of a mayo & tastes great on anything. even your bizarre pizza:D

Well the Scandiavian Italians have no problem making this! We do it all the time, garlic dressing on pizza, but it's not creamy. What can I mix the garlic with so it's more runny? Elise how do you make tzaziki, perhaps I can mix the two ideas, Dyns and tzaziki base? Am I grossing you all out? :D

...I would suggest you soak the roasted garlic in a little bit of olive oil, for about ,hmmm, 15 min. and the spread it on top!! Or if you want the easy way, just take a bite of the ordinary pizza, and then take a nibble of garlic from the necklace you wear around your neck!!!

On pizza? Hmm...I'm stumped:( the only thing I can come up with is roasting some garlic heads & spreading the roasted garlic pulp on the pizza...what else do you plan to put on it? Does it have to be creamy? If you are trying to avoid tomatoe sauce you can drizzle olive oil over it with the roasted garlic & sprinkle some rosemary on it too, with sea salt & pepper...sorry not much help.
