I am the type of person who loves to cook something according to the holiday. I'm not Irish, but I want to make a corned beef brisket to celebrate. I found this easy recipe (linked here )
What do you think? Anything to add, or any other recipes to share to make St. Patty's Day fun?

Yummmmm I can't wait to try this one for myself! Thanks!
On second thought, there isn't much about a traditional Irish meal that appeals to me... I'm not crazy about cabbage and potatoes and stew and blood pudding!! :o
Guess I'll stick with soda bread :)
I'm going to make Irish soda bread for St. Paddy's Day. And if I'm feeling inspired, maybe a whole Irish-style meal :)
Thanks for the response to the recipe. I feel encouraged. Will you be making it this St. Patty's Day?
That is exactly how I prepare it and it is so good. Sometimes if I am going to be away I will do it in the Crockpot and add the veggies at the same time as the meat. It is good any winter night and on St Patty's Day. Enjoy
