The BEST fabric source that delievers to Canada and the US is fabric.com. I order from them all of the time. I'm close to Toronto, and even with shipping, they seem to be cheap. I also love their design wall tool and the samples are a fair price. I just ordered 9 samples and paid $13 with shipping.
