Just wondering what everyone's fav. chocolate is? Mine is from William Sonoma, comes in a tin box, has a thin layer of chocolate sprinkled with crushed peppermint. My cousin sends me a tin every Christmas. I sit in a corner, eating it with my right hand, while holding my pistol with my left, pointing it at anyone who dares come close!!!
Then I blindfold everyone and I hide it. I even blindfold myself!!!

Belgian chocolatier based in Calgary, I believe. There is a store here in the beaches in Toronto that has Callebaut chocolate in their ice cream. Usually we pick up a small packet of 3 cookies there - they are oreo cookies, dipped in Callebaut chocolate - it is totally decadent and fabulous.
Everyone in our family LOVES the lindor milk chocolates that are shaped in round balls and wrapped in red foil. For us they are just the best!
My MIL knitted small stockings for the Christmas tree that are big enough to hold one of these treats. My kids love to seek them out when they visit! (she made some for us too, and gave them to us filled, of course!)
This Christmas I think I'll make a cake that has a whole bunch of them (unwrapped of course) adorning the top of the cake so that every slice will have one.
milk chocolate after trying out a chef's cheesecake recipe which specifically stated using this chocolate bar OOOOH so smooth and melted quicker than any I have used. Amazing cheesecake, I think, is served in a hotel in Niagara Falls.
are probably the english chocolates. Whenever my friends go to the UK they bring me back lots of goodies. When I went to Ireland I could barely lift my suitcase because I had packed them full of chocolates.
My other favs are Turtles, chocolate covered almonds and Coffee Crisp...oh yes and Turkish Delight (preferably the english ones).
I have a sudden urge for some chocolate now...heck, who am I kidding...I'm always in the mood for chocolate!
Definately going to try it. Now our Costco bill will be, for 6 items $350.oo. We almost have to borrow money from my parents everytime we shop there!!!

I LOVE President's Choice decadent chocolate fudge crackle ice rcream, or whatever it's called. I never buy it because it's too tempting, but my dad always has a container of it in the freezer at the cottage. It's just so....MMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!! And those pieces of choclate are absolutely addictive!!!! :D

being born in the land of chocolate(Switzerland) I have to say, Swiss chocolate, I love them all but especially the Lindt brand. Always gain a few pounds on my trips to Europe. My relatives used to send them over but after 25 years they figured I don't need this anymore - wrong - !!
