February Issue Pork Tenderloin

Hi,
does anyone have the Pork Tenderloin recipe from Feb issue- the valentine's one? I lent my copy and need to make it for my guests this week-end. It was so easy and simple with mint and proscuitto.

2 pork tenderloins
1tblsp. veg oil
salt & pepper
16 slices prosciutto
14 whole sage leaves
1 preheat oven 350d
2 grease pan with oil
3 S & P pork, lay prosciuttow/longer sides overlapping,in bottom of pan.place pork on it, lay whole sage leaves @ 2 in . intervalsover pork- wrap the prosciutto over all of it.

Roll it over so seam side down, rpt. w/2nd pork loin.

Roast on middle rack for 35 mins. Remove, tent 7 let stand 10 mins. Slice into medallions.

Applesauce gravy:

1 cup chick. stock
1tbsp. cornstarch mixed w/1/4 cup water
1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

Mix above & cook over med. heat until thick. Remove from heat & stir in the following:
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp cider vinegar
fresh black pepper to taste

Keep warm.
