I want to hide the cords, and I know this is a shelf to do that, but I truly don't know where I should be placing it!! I have looked on the internet, but have not seen how to install or one in a room so I know where it should be installed in relation to the outlet, and tv. THanks for your help!!

Thanks, I think I pretty much did this - leaving some room for cords to move a bit when I turn the TV. I hope it looks good when I am done!!!
I haven't seen a video, but everything I've seen online suggests that it should go directly below the tv?
