Has anyone read this book by the CEO of Clicquot?
I thought it was fairly amusing, full of common sense and some recipes that might be worth trying.
However, last night I insisted on Champagne for our pre-dinner drinks - obviously some subliminal suggestion at work here!

was on Regis and Kelly. It hink it might be a worthwhile read.
incorporate the champagne into my eating plan right away!!
One of the biggest differences I've noticed between North American and European eating habits is portion size...and also in Europe treats tend to be "real" treats (like champagne, a glass of wine, good cheese....) and not junk food...I'm excepting the UK from this observation, of course:)
