Hi! I'm looking for ideas on what color to paint
my door...the inside door and if I should leave the outside door white?:confused:

Yes, I did paint it with acrylics..I'm going work around the door frame...still in the works, but I'm thinking of lots of leaves, floral decor...

With the windows being new, I would leave the door white.
It appears that adding trim around the door would mean you should also add to the window. It looks like major construction because the brickwork comes right to the door and window trim.
You have a lovely garden.
Is there room for a white shrub rose, potentilla, or perennial with white on the left beside the large tree? I'm not sure if the flowers are impatiens around your bed, but if they are you could put white this year.
Just thinking of the balance of threes with your door and window. Something else white might help to avoid the stark look.
Another pic ---- what about a full lite door? You can get them with some nice glass designs in them. The siding would look great the same colour as the grout in your brick (my colour is off) --- I still like the black door.
I think the door would look good yellow or the same blue as the roof .:)

Is there any way that you could put some white trim around the doorway---- like this? Lovely home and gardens, BTW!
I agree. Black will pick up the black in the brickwork on your house. But my question is, will you paint the white around your windows as well? I think you will have to match the window trim to the doors.
How about black or a nice dark green? Whatever you choose, do them both the same, the screen door will stick out like a sore thumb! You have a beautiful home!
