It wasn't a contest as such. It was a prize package being offered from McBlooms to encourage participation in the Gardening Life forum -- that is to get people to take part in this forum on gardening topics during the months of November and December. There was never anything in the magazine itself about it -- it was strictly an online thing. Anyway, I was just curious as the winner of the $50 McBlooms package was supposed to be identified online. Thanks for replying anyway.
Sorry agate, but we didn't run a McBlooms contest in Nov/Dec Gardening Life 2003.
Just in case I was being particularly forgetful - not hard - I asked anyone who might have had contact with this sort of contest, including the GL Editor, and no one had heard of it.
Perhaps a different magazine?
