Are you interested in decorating magazine features or television episodes that focus on decorating styles that are not the same as your own?
Although I get the most out of seeing decor that I want to use in my own home, I actually really enjoy viewing other styles as well.

While I am more of a traditional gal, I love seing contemporary, transitional, romantic, etc. I may pick and choose some touches to copy oin my own home. Plus, I'm just interested to see what's out there and increase my knowledge of all types of decor.
....to see other styles also. But when I see things that I love, whether it be on T.V. or in a magazine, my heart just skips a beat and I pour over every detail, and then sigh! sigh!sigh!cry!cry!cry!!!
I don't really know what my style is (transitional, maybe), but I like to see lots of different styles on TV shows and in magazines.
About the only style that really doesn't appeal to me is retro. I generally don't see anything in retro designs that I like. But I usually find something that appeals to me in most other styles.
