just thinking about a glazed ham! We usually do the brown sugar/mustard on the ham, adding pineapple rings and marachino cherry centres. The great part is that you can then use the pineapple juice and marachino cherry juice to baste the ham with too, throughout the cooking. I'm sure this is very bad for you, but then heh - how often do the holidays come around anyhow?
I use cherry sauce, you can use cherry pie filling too.
I use a pineapple juice, brown sugar, and then I add a lot of grainy mustard, and sometimes cloves and peper.
