I have been trying all afternoon to go online to pay my bill for this subscription, all to no avail, you make it extremely difficult to get logged in & pay my bill. I want you to know this is the first time I have had this much difficulty trying to pay a bill. So, as you have made this seemingly simple task so hard, I will not be renewing my subscription & I will pay this small bill when I am able to get online with your Company. Thank you for your NO HELP.
