Hello Lasalle,Our former food editor Claire Tansey recommends Liberté in her blog post about dips, and in our upcoming January 2011 issue, H&H food editor Amy Rosen recommends brands like Fage, Liberté, Olympic, Stonyfield and Chobani. Check out our recipes that use Greek yogurt, which will be live on our website on Monday, December 6th.I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.Sincerely,Gwen McAuley (gmcauley at hhmedia.com)

Finally found it.  GREEK  0% fat yogurt by Liberte.

Blue label = plain

&

the green label = vanilla  - sweet and yummy delish !

Comes in 450g containers (serves 4)  the protein ratio is terrific.

You can make your own ... its called yogourt cheese, I learned this from David Woods amazing cookbook:

All you do is scoop plain yogourt in to a paper coffee filter and collander, let the moisture drain from the cheese to its desired thickness.

I think this is what Greeks do before making Tsatiki (bad spelling) which is garlic and cucumber added

YUM and its low fat and good for ya!

Thanks Pearl. Not sure if the Astro Balkan is considered Greek style. I have seen the Liberte before so I will check that out. Dr Oz always mentions this type of yougurt and has it for breakfast with berries. It is suppose to have less carbs and more fibre or protein not sure which one.
