Hello, I just moved into my first home. My husband and I have discovered that the 50-foot birch tree in our new backyard is rotten at the base and I'm concerned that the tree may not be stable. Although I'm not new to the GTA, I have never needed contacts for garden-related issues. Can anyone out there recommend a good tree surgeon to tend to my sad tree? We may just need to remove some branches, but I fear that the entire thing will have to come down, so this is a big job meant for the pros.
Thanks in advance for your help
