Have a great time
I was watching Good Morning Canada today and the chef said 10-12 pieces per person if you are not serving a meal. And 1 or 2 should be heartier hor d'euves. Not sure on the alcohol part.
I saw on a show can't remember which one that said you should have 8 pieces per person. That seems like a lot but that is what they were planning for. In BC the LDB has a formula for amounts of liquor so I am sure you can find that out at your Govt. store. One glass of wine one beer equals one cocktail when they say 4 oz. per person.
Well if you feed tham too well they will hang around until huit ou dix. I am sure the LCBO can give you some hints as to quantities. Have fun :)
