I'm having a big dilemma with my dark wood floor. They have multiple scratches the result of my furry friends (I have six dogs and 2 cats)So,I love the new porcelain tile from provenza lignes in the karu color (very dark like my floor).I hesitate because of resale value I was thinking about heating the floor to compensate the loss of wood and the dark color and texture which I love but won't be able to re sand them when the trend will pass.I have a traditional home and I wonder if I'm making a mistake if I replace my floor for porcelain .Please help me! give me your opinion. Here's the link for the tile http://www.google.ca/search?q=provenza+lignes&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=i1QAUsO6BNWq4AOBhIG4Cg&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAQ&biw=1301&bih=641#facrc=_&imgdii=_&imgrc=A8tolT9d4G61bM%3A%3BK9UmIZb79yZtKM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.vloerenmantegels.nl%252Fupload%252Fuserfiles%252FProvenza_Lignes_Karu_w1.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.vloerenmantegels.nl%252Fhoutlook-tegels%252Fprovenza-lignes-karu%252F%3B643%3B960 Thanks!
