We need a bit more info please. When you say a product to 'quick shine' the floors, what type or name of product are you talking about? Would it be a wax? Polyurethane? Oil? To get rid of the finish, we first need to know what the finish is made of.
I woukld suggest you to seek help of professional floor cleaning company in this matter as they can provide you right advivce and service.
