Strange as it seems, I have never installed these types of blinds before but am forced to now since I live in an apartment.
The problem is, I cannot follow the instructions because they say not to unroll them until you have used the hooks to mark the placement of your blinds. Well, I have not found any hooks unless they are rolled up "in" the blinds. This is the third set I've purchased and none of them had the minimal hardware available in the package (at least, from what I could see).
Can any of you who have used these tell me if I will find the hardware by unrolling the blinds? I can't believe that three different sets could all be missing these parts, and have to think they are there but hidden within the blinds themselves. They stress not to unroll these blinds until the first steps are finished, but is it really that important?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you both for responding. I, too, cannot imagine that the hardware would be inside the rolled up blinds, but the instructions clearly show the pieces that they claim are included.
I think I will just buy more, as they don't amount to that much money.
Thanks again!
I had to buy my hooks separately at a hardware store when I bought these blinds. I actually love mine behind my curtains since they still let light in and I love the look of those blinds with curtains. Not necessarily the taste on this forum but the point is you can make them work.
I would search the manufacturer and see if they have any better instructions or maybe ask at the store where you bought them. I have roll down blinds and they also say not to unroll them and of course I never read those instructions until after the first 3 were up and man it is alot easier if you leave them rolled up. Sorry can't help you with the problem of the hooks but I can't imagine that they would be inside.
