I just purchased new reclining leather living room set (love seat and sofa - below), set to arrive next week. But I can't find an accent chair to replace the green one in the corner (see photo). Any advice. My colours are neutral with hints of maple, blue, green (sage).

Hi Mould,
I agree with Loftyambitions in that those are pretty substantial pieces, so I wouldn't choose a chair that is too fragile looking in comparison.
I would suggest a bulkier chair but keep the fabric fairly light and neutral so it doesn't have too much visual weight. This will also prevent it from distracting from the focal point of the fireplace.

Well the sofa and loveseat are pretty substantial pieces, so maybe something a bit lighter weight as an accent. How about something like this? http://loftyambitions.ca/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=vmj_naru.tpl&product_id=377&category_id=37&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=54 It has the maples arms and legs to tie in with the rest of your wood, you could add a throw cushion to pick up some of your other accent colours.
I've seen lots of really sturdy and functional accent chairs at HomeSense lately. Perhaps if you find one (or a pair!) with a pattern in one of those colours that would work?
Anyone else have suggestions?
