I am getting ready for our annual Christmas party. This year I have decided that absolutely everything has to be "finger food" so that people do not need utensils.
We usually do steamed dumplings, satays, sweedish meatballs (for the kids) etc.
I am on the hunt for something interesting to serve in the vegetable line. Last year we did tempura vegetables but I found the oil to be too stinky, even though it was right under the fan.
Does anybody have a great recipe they could share?
