hi Tammi,
Posting a picture goes like this:
1/ set up a new message or reply as you would normally;
2/ at the foot of the message box is an item called "Attach Picture";
3/ click the "Choose File" button next to it (note: if you cannot see this button, your computer is unable to perform this function, you would have to upgrade your operating system and/or browser version)
4/ you will get a pop up window showing your computers' hard drive - navigate through to find the picture on your hard drive
5/ either double-click it, or select "choose" / "open";
6/ provided the image meets the size rules (not too big a file or dimension), the image will be uploaded to our server and you will get a success message.
7/ that's it, there is no #7

If you find yourself having trouble still, please don't hesitate to email me at webmaster@canhomepub.com

Cheers
Jason
