Well, we are making progress. The fill was done today. The contouring and top soil will be done tomorrow. The irrigation is going in this weekend and hydroseeding on Monday.
Has anyone done hydroseeding? How well did it work? How much did it cost?
What do you think of using a Fescue grass? This is the one the guy recommended. It seems to have good write up's on-line, but I would love any input you have.
I will try to take photos in morning to show you the progress we are making.

I have a guy coming some time soon (if he ever gets here ) to give me a quote for hydroseeding. He claims it is 1/5 the cost of sod. Neighbours just had theirs done this last week and the yard looks ok but nothing showing yet. Our landscape designer claims its better because you can get a mixture of grasses and they blend together where as sod it is just one type of grass and it is usually a strong almost playground quality grass. I am sure this just confuses you more as it has done to me.LOL
