The bathroom tiles in my new apt are in bad shape. They are about 10 yrs old. the grout and chaulking need replacing. the soap dish comes away from the the wall when I hold on to it. several tiles around the tub area are loose. I want to remove tiles around the tub area and replace with an alternative CHEAP wall covering. ie cement or a waterproof covering that I can paint on. Tiles are too high maintenance. Any suggestions pls.
I am desperate to get this room done. thnxs.
