I make them wih instant coffee. I disolve the coffee in a little hot water, add sugar if you want, then ice cubes and fill up the glass with milk and stir. For a mocha flavour you could add some choc. syrup as well. All this could also be made in a blender that would crush the ice up and make it more of a slush/smoothy.
Just don't buy the Nescafe Iced Coffee syrup it is awful. Tastes like pure chemicals yuck

There is also a company called Oscars and ...oh argh...I can't remember the other one right now. Meanwhile if you look in coffee shops and see their bottles, you should get some names and then you can find the sites and recipes easily.
