a balsmic vinegar reduction, It is great on pork or with a crustini.
Simply pour some balsmic vinegar in a non stick pan and cook on medium heat until it bubbles. Swish it around and let it reduce for a couple of minutes.
Easy peasy fancy sauce for your next tenderloin or for a crustini dip.
FYI -- It is best to do on a bbq because it creates quite an odor in the house.
