installing pot lights on existing ceiling

Hi all, if i wanted to install pot lights on my current family room ceiling or any room with ceiling that doesn't have pot lights, is this difficult and expensive to do?

Hi,
Yes, they can be installed. if you'll buy it from a builder, you pay around $200 per light.

I think it was $89 each pot & that included wiring and everything
