Interior paint colours

Just recently purchased a new house - construction is scheduled to begin within the next week.
Since it is a heritage style house the only 2 (decent) options we have for interior paint colours are Benjamin Moore - Lancaster Whitewash & Coventry Gray. Apparently, it is recommended that we don't change the paint for at least a year just in case any builder defects appear.

Trying to determine which Colour will look best with darker furniture ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
Thanks

Hello Uberbabe,

Personally, I like the warmer tone of Lancaster Whitewash. You may want to check out our Editors' Favourite Paint Colours (http://houseandhome.com/design/photo-gallery-editors-favourite-paint-col...) or our 10 Best Paint Colours video (http://houseandhome.com/tv/segment/10-best-paint-colours) for more ideas.

Good luck with the reno!
