with a Greek salad! .....but I will be thinking about potting up my shamrock bulbs this weekend.
I was planning to cook an Irish dinner (I was thinking of beef cooked in Guinness or "pig trotters"), but then I remembered we're going to a friend's house tonight to watch bball, and we're going to have subs and Booster Juice :P
I've got a loaf of Irish soda bread baking in the oven as we speak, though. I made so many modifications, I have no idea how it's going to come out!!
