Is it possible to alter this site so as to provide the ability to leave messages for one another? Maybe that's a way to respond to questions asked of members that might, otherwise, be considered unnecessary advertising. That way, they can take it to email without a link, email, etc...
For instance - if you check out the Wnetwork, they have a "message" centre for each member. They also allow individual members to use their website as a signature tag but that's it.
It might be worth thinking about, to avoid these ongoing ad/spam issues...
