I'm sure everyone is tired of my kitchen cabinet questions by now! Sorry :(
I really value everyones opinion which is why I always turn to this forum.
I had my oak cabinets sprayed a few months ago Benjamin Moore OC-131 White Down. I will skip all the details (it's a long story), but the cabinets are getting resprayed due to poor workmanship. Since I get a second chance at picking a colour, I am wondering if the White Down is reading too white?
The kitchen & dinette face South East and are always filled with sunlight. I called in a Benjamin Moore Colour Consultant and she suggested Benjamin Moore CC-90 Natural Linen for the cabinets. As per her suggestion, I have since painted the kitchen and dinette walls Benjamin Moore AF-115 Lodge (a dark brown Aura colour) which helps tie in the browns in the granite. The granite colour is called "Baltic Brown". I like how the Natural Linen blends more with the counter top but am wondering "who has beigey cabinets"? Will they look dingy or dirty? I always thought of white as a classic cabinet colour. I am open to either suggestion, my husband actually prefers the Natural Linen; I just want to do what will look best and have longevity.
