So I have a particularily difficult shaped living room/dining room area and I am in desperate need of help on how to arrange it! Right now it feels very blocky and like we're not at all utilizing all of our space. In some places it feels empty and others it feels super cluttered and just plain frustrating. Almost all of the websites I've looked at don't include the tv and home theatre system. I'm completely stumped on how to do this! ANY help would be greatly appreciated! Oh and sorry about the mess haha part of the unorganization and clutter

I agree, if you upload larger images of the room then we would be able to advice you better. Anyways, I would say that if you use light colored window treatments, curtains and even wall paint color then the room would appear to be larger than it actually is. Secondly, you can hang a mirror frame as a show piece in the drawing room so that it gives the impression that there is more space.
We really need larger pictures if possible - perhaps you need to resize them. As well, some type of floor plan would be helpful.
